  • What are the terms of the Rowan Earring Club?
    You have the choice of a month-to-month subscription or a pre-paid 3 month or 6 month subscription. The pre-paid options are great for gifting!

    Monthly subscribers will be charged on the date of initial purchase for the first shipment, and on the 1st of each month thereafter. Monthly subscribers have the flexibility to change their metal selection, skip a month, and can cancel at any time.

    Pre-paid subscribers will be charged in full at the time of purchase. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to make changes to the metal selection, skip a month, or cancel a pre-paid subscription after it is purchased.

    Rowan Earring Club subscription purchases are final sale.
  • When does the Rowan Earring Club ship?
    When you purchase the Rowan Earring Club your first order will ship in 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders typically take 4-7 days to arrive after they have shipped.

    All future shipments will be charged on the 1st of the following month and will ship within 3-5 business days. Each month you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
  • Can I gift the Rowan Earring Club to multiple people?
    If you are gifting to multiple people, please place separate orders, as this will help with managing their subscriptions.

    When checking out for the first order, be sure to create an account to save yourself time when placing the orders for the other recipients! Each subscription's metal type and plan length will be selected during separate checkouts.

    Each calendar month, all subscribers receive the same earring design. For example, if you place one order in Sterling Silver and one order in Gold Vermeil, they will receive the same design but in the two different metal types.
  • What are the color and metal options?
    The Rowan Earring Club includes your choice of Sterling Silver or Gold over Sterling Silver. They’re both hypoallergenic and durable options!

    We do not offer a luxe 14K Gold Rowan Earring Club option at this time.
  • Do you offer hoop earrings or dangly earrings in the Rowan Earring Club?
    At this time, we offer stud earrings in our monthly subscription box. However, if you would like to explore our hypoallergenic jewelry collection, we offer many other earring designs including tons of hoops. Check out our best sellers HERE.
  • Is the Rowan Earring Club for all ages?
    Rowan Earring Club is the perfect gift for anyone who has (or will soon have) their ears pierced!

    The exclusive earrings are designed for the young AND the young-at-heart. Everyone’s invited to join this club!
