Shipping and Returns
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard ground shipping is $2/box on Monthly, 3-Month, and 6-Month products. 12-Month products ship FREE!
Expedited shipping options are available for Subscriptions only. Unfortunately we are unable to offer Expedited shipping on Prepaid/"Give a Gift" orders.
Non-subscription orders are $5 flat-fee shipping. There are options to expedite shipping of orders for an additional fee!
How long will it take to get my items?
Please allow up to 1-2 business from the date of purchase for you order to be on their way, and expect arrival between 5-7 business days!
Expedited shipping is available for subscriptions charged monthly, but not for Prepaid subscriptions.
After the first month, our Rowan monthly box will process on the 10th of a every month and ship 1-2 business days afterward. Please allow up to 5 business days after that date for your box to arrive. You will also be notified when your order ships via email!
Non-subscription orders ship USPS First Class mail and arrive within 5 business days.
How can I track my purchase?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation! This email will also contain a tracking number and link, so you can follow your package’s journey.

How do I return my earrings?
At this time, Rowan does not currently accept returns. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about your order or require assistance!
Allowed Payment Methods
Rowan accepts all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay. Rowan cannot accept prepaid debit cards at this time.
