How much does shipping cost?
Nothing! Shipping is free on every box and every order. Always.
How long does it take to get my items?
Please allow up to one week from the date of purchase for you order(s) to be on their way! After the first month, our Rowan Club Box ships on the 5th of every month, so please allow 5-8 days after that date for your box to arrive. You will also be notified when your order ships via email.
For earrings, standard free shipping is 5 -10 days. If you need your earrings faster, expedited shipping is always an option! Pricing and timing for expedited delivery can be seen at checkout (please allow longer delivery windows for Hawaii and Alaska).
How can I track my purchase?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Returns and Exchanges
All our orders come with a happiness guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order, you can return your earrings and we will happily send a new pair free of charge.
How do I return my earrings?
All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery. Simply repack your earrings and bring them to your local post office, UPS store, or Fedex and make sure to get a tracking number when you return so you can ensure your package will arrive safely. Then email us at email@example.com with your order number and tracking number so we can look out for your package and get your new earrings ready! Please note we do not cover return shipping. Your new earrings will ship once we have received your return.

We are so sorry you weren’t happy with your Rowan club box. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest. Please note cancellations are only honored after 3 months of subscription.
