Amazing staff and a fantastic experience!

Everyone is so friendly and kind. Diana did my daughter's ear piercings and she also helped with my older ear piercings. She was gentle, kind and wonderful!!! I can't say enough good things about her and the store.

Lovely Experience

I got my seconds pierced here and also had a walk-in appointment because my pre-existing helix piercing was acting up and swelling. The nurses were so lovely, kind, and truly catered towards my needs in both appointments! Genuinely, the entire Rowan team is so sweet and would love to get more piercings with them :)
