To change the password on your Account, or if you forgot your password and need to reset it, please follow the steps below: 1. Navigate to My Account 2. Select “Forgot Password” 3. When prompted, input the email you used to create your Account 4. An automatic email will be generated to the email address submitted 5. Navigate to your email and find the Reset Password email from Rowan. Please allow 5 minutes for this email to arrive, and keep an eye on your Junk mail as well. 6.
