Our flat back earrings feature a titanium post used for piercing. Post-piercing, upgrade to 14k gold posts for $20 per post.

 

Dimensions: 2.4mm

 

Why Rowan flat backs?

Our high-quality posts have been carefully designed to be safer and cleaner than old-school earring backs. Our nurses recommend the minimal disc back as it is perfectly proportioned for 24/7 comfort, easy care, and increased airflow.


How to wear flat backs:

Step 1: Insert the post from the back of your ear.

Step 2: Slide the slightly bent front pin into the post. Press firmly to close.

Step 3: Tug lightly from both ends to ensure the fit is secure.

To remove, twist, and pull.


If the pin is not secure, remove the post from your ear to use as the bending tool. Put the pin into the post ½ way and bend slightly to increase tension. Check the tension by pushing the front all the way into the post and then removing it.

Best piercer

I had the best experience with Jammy Lee at your shop in Friendly Center in Greensboro NC. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. I barely felt her pierce my conch. I love this little trinity ball conch it compliments my other conch piercing great. She was so gentle and the process was great. I have had no pain at all and don’t even feel it. Definitely willl be going back to see her for more ear piercings :)

Super cute

I love how this looks with the marquise for my double helix I recently did. I went the Mall of America and saw Ingrid and was so happy I did. She was amazing to work with for placement and made sure it was exactly what I was looking for. Not only that, I had to say she was magician and made sure the piercing process was quick and nearly painless. Can’t recommend Rowan enough!
