I got two helix piercings my Rowan at a target several months ago and they are healing fine however with pulling glasses on and off, my long hair getting stuck, and masks etc, I kept bumping the stud backs that were there. So I decided to invest in a good quality pair of small hoops that not only look great for my helix but that I can leave in for a while and are safe in my new piercings. Highly recommend they were easy to put in, and strong good quality. I noticed a difference in the healing process since I don't bump theses as much.
