Keep your pillow clean by using a pillowcase and changing it regularly. To wash: Hand wash in cold water with mild soap, use non-chlorine bleach. Only lay flat to dry, do not iron, and do not dry clean.

Super comfy- made side sleeping way easier

So relieved to be able to sleep on my side a little easier now with the pillow- I’m getting way better sleep! Only complaint is it recommends using a pillow case to ensure it stays cleaner longer/prevent irritation and breakouts, but there really isn't one available for purchase.
